Paying never buys a higher score
- Same test for everyone. Every public score comes from the same scorer and the same checks, whether it is the national scoring run or an owner rescore.
- Owner rescores go live; Pro rescores are private. When the verified owner of a business uses its weekly rescore, the new score replaces its public score as soon as it finishes, and it can go up or down. Only that business's score changes; others only move in rank. A Pro or Agency monthly rescore updates your own private report and trend chart; your public score changes at the next national run.
- Profiles are not scored. Anything you add to your enhanced profile is shown on our site, labeled as owner-provided, and never feeds the score.
- Badges tell the truth. The live badge shows your real public score, rank and the date scored. If a plan lapses, it stops updating and keeps its last true date.
- Disputes are free for everyone, on every plan.

Do I need an account first?
Yes. Create a free account, then pick a plan. Use the same email at Square checkout so your plan turns on automatically.
Can I cancel?
Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime and keep access to the end of the paid period. Cancel from your Square receipt, or email bestsiteranker@mail.grokbot.com.
I already pay $9.99 for Unlock. Does anything change?
No. Your Unlock plan, price and access stay exactly as they are.
What is a location?
One ranked company website you track. Pro includes 1, Agency up to 10. Badges and profile edits need ownership to be verified first.
