How website coaching works
Your score comes from an automated review of your public website pages. Coaching shows you what that review found on your site, in plain English, so you know what to fix next.
Paying never buys a higher score. Every business gets the same test, and the public rankings stay free for everyone.
The coaching loop
- Claim your business (free). Your account links to your ranked website and opens your own business page.
- See what to fix. Unlock shows your top website fixes in plain English. Pro shows the full fix list: every check, with what was measured on your page.
- Fix your website yourself or with your web person.
- Rescore. A verified owner can rescore once a week, and the new public score goes live when it finishes (it can go up or down). Pro adds a private monthly rescore with a trend chart, plus lists of what you fixed and what newly fails since last time.
- Watch your local market. Pro sends competitor alerts for your local top 10.

- Unlock, $9.99/month: all ranked companies with search and state filters, the ZIP-code view, and private coaching for your own business.
- Pro, $19/month or $190/year: everything in Unlock, plus the full fix list (every check, in plain English), a monthly rescore with a trend chart, competitor alerts for your local top 10, a live score badge and an enhanced profile. 1 location.
- Agency, $99/month: everything in Pro for up to 10 locations, with priority rescores (up to 4 per location each month) and one dashboard.
