How it works

Create a free account (or log in) with your email and a password.
Add your business website, for example yourbusiness.com. If you came from your company page, we fill it in for you.
Done. If your website is in our rankings, your account is linked to it right away. Use My business in the menu to open it.

Verification is instant: the claim goes through as soon as you save your website. We may review claims afterwards and remove any made by someone who does not run the business. Using an email at your own website's domain (for example you@yourbusiness.com) is the clearest proof that it is yours.

What claiming does

Links your account to one ranked business.
Opens your own business page for free: your score, stars, state and national rank, and the score for each page we read (home, bounce-house and water-slide pages).
Lets you send a free recheck or dispute request if something looks wrong. A person reviews it. A request never changes a score by itself.

What claiming does not do

It does not change your score or rank. Paying does not either. Only a rescore of your real website can change your score, and it can go up or down.
It does not let you edit your score, rank or listing details yourself. Email corrections to bestsiteranker@mail.grokbot.com.
It is not a review of your service, safety, insurance or prices, and it does not add a "verified" badge to your listing.

Is it really free?

Yes. Claiming, your own business page and recheck requests are free on every plan. Unlock ($9.99/month) is optional.

Will claiming or paying move me up?

No. Every business gets the same test. Billing never affects rank. To improve your score, improve your website, then rescore it (Unlock) or wait for our next scoring run.

How long does verification take?

It is instant once you save your website. We may still review it later.

My business is not listed.

If your website is not in our rankings yet, your account shows that, and you can submit your business to get it scored.

I have more than one location or website.

Each account links to one business website. Use a separate account for each one.

Someone else claimed my business.

Email bestsiteranker@mail.grokbot.com. We remove claims made by people who do not run the business.

How do I change or remove my claim?

Change the website on your account page and the claim moves with it, or email us to remove it.
